Voice Volunteers: Learn Web Journalism and Production

Come volunteer to help the magazine grow.

Summer and year-round volunteers can learn valuable journalism and web-publishing skills at the Voice. All you need is an interest, some time and a laptop.

We work collaboratively — everyone is an editor, producer and publisher. We produce the Voice on readily-available and easy-to-use software -- so everyone can feel comfortable with familiar tools.

> Audio Podcaster with Sound Studio, and
> Video Podcaster with iMovie and GarageBand.

Of course, learning how to write and edit your stories is a central part of what we do here. We'll share the editorial load to publish the best stories.

Everyone is welcome. The Vineyard Voice is a nonprofit organization focusing on giving all islanders an online resource for community expression, discovery and livelihood.
